A Major Credit or Debit Card Hold for certain Salon Service appointments will be required. Cancelations and no-shows will be subjected to the late payment, no show policies, and cancellation policies as set forth below. No Refunds will be provided unless at the discretion of our management team.

We understand stuff comes up, yet due to a high demand for appointments with a waiting list for various services, we will be enforcing our Cancellation Policy. Same day cancellations or no-shows hurt not just the business, but our staff as well as clients who would have filled the appointment. We understand emergencies can come up, but hope our clients can respect this policy.
