Payment Policy:

A Major Credit or Debit Card Hold for certain Spa Service appointments will be required. Payment is expected at the time of booking your appointment with us, and will be subjected to the late payment, no show policies, and cancellation policies as set forth below. No Refunds will be provided unless at the discretion of our management team.

 

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

We understand stuff comes up, yet due to a high demand for appointments with a waiting list for various services, we will be enforcing our Cancellation Policy. Same day cancellations or no-shows hurt not just the business, but our staff as well as clients who would have filled the appointment. We understand emergencies can come up, but hope our clients can respect this policy. We appreciate your understanding. * Credit or Debit Card Hold for certain Spa Service appointments required. * 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES. * Same Day Cancellations or "No-Shows" will owe 50% of scheduled service. Late For Appointment Policy:

I’M LATE! If you do find yourself running late, give us a holler. Chances are if you are only 5 to 10 minutes behind we can try our best (no promises) to fit you in (you will be subject to a 50% charge of the full-service amount. If super late).
